ADMISSION PROCESS

Creekwood offers rolling admissions. However, in order to be considered for the first round of review, the
Admissions Office should receive all application materials by March 1.

Registration Procedure
The registration process is a three part procedure:
1. Submission of Part A Application Form
2. Invitation to have your child evaluated, for further consideration.
3. Submission of Part B Application Form

Part A: To apply at Creekwood Cottage Preschool, you must submit the following:

Upon receipt of the above documents, the Director will inform you as to whether a play evaluation will be extended to your child.

Part B: Should your child be accepted into Creekwood Cottage Preschool, you will be invited to complete Application Form Part B and submit Immunization, relevant health records and two months advanced tuition.

This registration fee is refundable only if the school withdraws the offer of a place.
Applications submitted without the registration fee will not be considered.
